Blair Richmond

Blair Richmond is a senior at Texas State University pursuing a degree in electronic media. She is a member of Broadcast Society, as well as Young Life. She is considering a double major in psychology.

Blair is 23 years old and she hails from Vidor, TX, a small town six miles east of Beaumont.  She has a seasonal job there at a pet resort that she returns to whenever school is not in session. She has a pet of her own at home, a cat. 


On her off time she enjoys hiking trails, singing, and attending music festivals like Hang Out Fest and EDC.

Alyssa Pierce is a Texas State University junior studying electronic media in the school of Mass Communication with a minor in theatre.
Alyssa graduated from Liberty Hill High School in 2015. After graduating high school she attended Austin Community College for one and a half years before transferring to Texas State the spring of 2017.
In addition to making dean’s list for both spring and fall semesters of 2017; Alyssa has been a part of the Baptist student ministry (BSM) at Texas State since transferring. She frequently leads bible studies with other students, as well as running the organization's social media accounts.

In her free time Alyssa enjoys making vlogs on her YouTube channel and mastering the ukulele.

Christopher Green

Christopher Green is a 23-year Junior at Texas State University majoring in Journalism. He pursued writing and has been offered many awards for his work in high school. He dropped out high school after 9th grade. Christopher made an immediate change after dropping out of high school. He received his G.E.D. and got enrolled at Texas State University. He wanted to make up for dropping out of high school; however, he did mention that he is the second person in his family to attend college.

Throughout his college years, he had decided to become a combat journalist to convey people's stories that are affected by the war in their county so it can possibly have more awareness brought to the situation.

Payton Samudio is a 21-year-old student from Devine, Texas, a small town south of San Antonio. She is a Senior at Texas State University majoring in Public Relations and Mass Communication with a minor in Communication studies.

With her graduation approaching in December of this year, she plans to relocate to San Antonio to work at a Public Relation agency. She is preparing for this by working as a Public Relations Coordinator at KTSW. In her free time, this P.R. student turned renovation guru, has her hands tied up in projects while also spending time with her family and community. Working alongside her hometown’s local ministry, she helps young girls create sentimental memories by working to provide prom dresses to those in the community who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford them. Like the name of the organization, she wishes to “Love People Better”.

Sataurus Jackson is a senior at Texas State University studying public relations and political science. Born in Dallas, Texas, Jackson decided to further his educational career in San Marcos, Texas, and has resided there for three and a half years. After graduating, Jackson plans to take the LSAT and apply for law school. Jackson has previously worked in hospitality and customer service as a server and golf service attendant at the Four Seasons in Dallas. This year, as a senior, Jackson will be working part-time at the J.W. Marriott in Austin as a bellhop. While studying public relations and political science, Jackson has been a member of the prestigious Texas State Ambassador group for three years and Bobcat Preview for two years. In Jacksons’ second year at Texas State he decided to join the fraternity of Delta Sigma Phi. This semester he serves as the Public Relations Chair. As chair, Jackson is responsible for community engagement on all social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In Jacksons' free time he enjoys eating out, binge watching Netflix shows and spending time with friends.
