Sataurus Jackson is a senior at Texas State University
studying public relations and political science. Born in Dallas, Texas, Jackson decided to further his
educational career in San Marcos, Texas, and
has resided there for three and a half years. After graduating, Jackson plans
to take the LSAT and apply for law school. Jackson has previously worked in
hospitality and customer service as a server and golf service attendant at the
Four Seasons in Dallas. This year, as a senior, Jackson will be working part-time
at the J.W. Marriott in Austin as a bellhop. While studying public relations and political science,
Jackson has been a member of the prestigious Texas State Ambassador group for
three years and Bobcat Preview for two years. In Jacksons’ second year at Texas
State he decided to join the fraternity of Delta Sigma Phi. This semester he
serves as the Public Relations Chair. As chair, Jackson is responsible for
community engagement on all social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter
and Instagram. In Jacksons' free time he enjoys eating out, binge watching Netflix shows and spending time with friends.
