Payton Samudio is a 21-year-old student from
Devine, Texas, a small town south of San Antonio. She is a Senior at Texas
State University majoring in Public Relations and Mass Communication with a
minor in Communication studies.
With her
graduation approaching in December of this year, she plans to relocate to San
Antonio to work at a Public Relation agency. She is preparing for this by
working as a Public Relations Coordinator at KTSW. In her free time, this P.R.
student turned renovation guru, has her hands tied up in projects while also
spending time with her family and community. Working alongside her hometown’s
local ministry, she helps young girls create sentimental memories by working to
provide prom dresses to those in the community who wouldn’t otherwise be able
to afford them. Like the name of the organization, she wishes to “Love People
Better”.
